Yesterday you told us you were going
But you left before we could say goodbye
You left in somewhat of a hurry
Without giving us a reason why
Why did you leave us so suddenly
We ask you from our hearts
Did you really want to leave us
And give our life new start?

Why did you go away?
On Mother's Day, without your presence
We don't know what to say
Mother, if you can hear us
When we kneel down to pray
