Low Cal Dessert-Kalakand

Ingredients:

200 gm - home made paneer
250 gm - fat free cream
200 gm - skim milk powder
80 gm - fine sugar
1 tsp - cardomom powder
2 tsp - pistachio chopped
a few saffron strands
Method
  1. Mix milk powder and cream.
  2. Cook in microwave for 2 mins and mix well.
  3. Repeat for 6-7 times,cool it down and add sugar.
  4. Add paneer,cardomom powder and saffron strands and mix well.
  5. If the mix is too thick, add cream garnish with pistachio pieces.
