Recipe of d day (Aatish-e-Raan)
Aatish-e-Raan
Ingredients:-
Leg meat of lamb ———– 1 kg
Ginger and garlic paste ———– 25 gms
Red chili powder ———– 25 gms
Garam masala powder ———– 1tbsp
Yogurt ———– 100 gms
Browned onion paste ———– 250 gms
White vinegar ———– 100 ml
Lime juice ———– 100 ml
Crushed pineapple ———– 100 gms
sesame oil ———– 100 ml
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients and marinate lamb in it for 12 hours.
Slow cook in a hot tandoor or on open charcoal for 50 minutes.
Server with onion wedges, onion rings and salad
