Tennis star Asam-ul-Haq completes successful tour

LAHORE: The top national tennis star Asam-ul-Haq has returned home early on Monday morning following the most successful tour comprising two months and featuring victories in two doubles ATP challenges and the most memorable victory over World No 1 Roger Federer, Geo news reported.

Pakistan top tennis star Asam-ul-Haq has represented home in many international events besides, taking part in the most famous Wimbledon tennis tournament.

Asam played various tournaments in European countries during his two-month long tour including the match in which he defeated World No 1 Roger Federer with his partner Saratan in doubles held in Switzerland.

He also won ATP Challenger along his Indian tennis partner Rohan Bhopna in doubles event in Finland amid this tour and won another ATP challenger held in Germany with his Indian partner.
