and also keep them in a seperate contai-
ner of refrigerator. See that uncooked
food not come in contact with meat in
the Fridge.

Store meat, fish, chicken in the coldest
part of Fridge. Wrap meat (raw) in
freezer paper. Avoid using plastic wrap

Meat stored in a big pot takes longer to
to cool down thus more of a risk of
making bactiria. Meat be kept in thin
metal pots. Meats kept at 35 deg. be
usued upto 4 days and of 0 deg. can be
usued upto 2 months.
Livers, hearts, kidneys raw meats can be
usued upto 2 days of 35 degree and upto
3 months at ) deg. temp.

Never defrost meat, eggs, fish at room tem. Defrost on the bottom shelf of the refri-
gerator.
