Crispy Crunchy Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Legs - 4 or 5

Eggs - 2

Cornflour - 1 tbsp

Salt - To taste

Black Pepper - 1 tsp

Butter or Oil - To fry

Directions...
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt and cornflour. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Cover the chicken legs in a egg mixture properly.
  4. Now fry the chicken legs in oil till they become golden brown in color.
  5. Serve hot chicken legs with Salad, Sauce and Green Coriander chutney.
