KCCA Blues in command against HBL in QA Trophy final
KARACHI: The Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) Blues has achieved a commanding position against Habib Bank due to devastating bowling by fast bowler Tanveer Ahmed on the first day of the final match in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy here on Monday.
Former captain Younis Khan could score only seven runs in the first innings.
KCCA Blues captain Mohammad Sami won the toss and elected to bat first at the National Stadium and the team was all out for 215 runs.
Opener Shahzeb Hasan was the top scorer with 67 while Abdul Rehman claimed four wickets and Younis Khan took two for Habib Bank.
In reply, Habib Bank lost seven wickets for only 95 runs in the first innings.
