    WHITE CHOCOLATE & RICE CRISPY DUMPLING
    7recipe2 - White Chocolate & Rice Crispy Dumpling


    Ingredients:
    White chocolate ............. 100gm
    Double cream ...........50gm
    Rice crispies ............. 150gm
    Vanilla pod ......................... 1
    Silver warq ..................... 10

    Method:
    Melt the white chocolate on a double boiler. Add the cream to the melted chocolate and mix evenly. Let the mixture cool down. Add the rice crispies and the vanilla pod to the mixture. Make small balls of the mixture and set in the refrigerator. Coat them with silver warq and serve.
