    Khwab jhothay kisi ko dikhaya nahi karte
    Mere Dost! yun kisi ko sataya nahi karte

    ek baar yun kisi ko keh kar apna
    daaman phir us se churaya nahi karte

    us k intezar se bhala kya hoga haasil
    aane ka keh kar bhi jo aaya nahi karte

    rakhte hon jo dard bhara dil apne seenay mai
    dosron ka dil phir wo dukhaya nahi karte

    do qadam saath chal kar jo juda ho jayen
    aise logon ko to hamsafar banaya nahi karte

    kis tarha guzarti hogi zindagi un ki
    pehli mohobbat ko jo dil se bhulaya nahi karte........
