Yousuf retirement saddens Waqar
LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Team coach Waqar Younis said Muhammed Yousuf could play cricket for about two years more, Geo News reported Monday.
Talking to media here, he said good results will come out, if the players display good form in upcoming Twenty20 World Cup, adding the team success will hinge mainly on the bowlers.
He added the team’s bowling attack is buttressed by capable players, adding the fielding is being focused, as this department has always been week.
The former captain said efforts would be made to keep good atmosphere in the dressing room, as this will ramp up the performance in the long run.
Pak team coach said the retirement of Muhammed Yousuf is quite deplorable.
