Tail Main Phele Lehsan Adrak ka peste dal ker bhonai.
Aik Kilo Chicken ke liye Adha Kilo Timatar Tail main daal kar achi tarah bhonai..timatar ka phele chikla utar lain.
Jab Timatar Ka Peste bun jaye tu chickain dalian.(Timatar chahain tu glend karlain masala zaida bun jaye ga).
Chicken gal jaye tu Kuti hue lalmirch.namak,,haldi,kali mirch pisi hue,zeera pisa hua dal kar tora sa bhonai.
(Yeh sub masaley apne taste ke hisab se dalian,kuke namak mirch her ghar ke hisab se alag hoti hia.matlab sub apne taste ke hisab se dalte hain).
Phir Bareek adrak kat lain aur hari mirch aur tora sa pisa hua garam masala dal kar dum per rakh dain.
Akhir main dhaniyan dal dain aur harey raitey or salad ke sath khayain.

Barbecued Chicken Chargha
Ingredients
4-6 chicken pieces
1 tbsp tikka masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
4-5 whole red chillies
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 cup oil
A pinch of black pepper
Directions
Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel
Make small cuts on the chicken and keep aside.
In the meantime roast and grind cumin seeds and red chillies separately
In a bowl mix salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and garlic paste and marinate the chicken for eight to ten hours
Sprinkle red chilli powder, tikka and chat masala and oil along with cumin powder and mix well.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and barbeque on low charcoal fire
Turn and brush with oil occasionally.

here iz my recipe
Chicken Manchurian
Ingredients:
Part A)
cup flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
4-5 Tbsp soy sauce
3-4 Tbsp water
1 kg chicken breast cut into cubes
Part B )
1 Tbsp oil
3 pieces of garlic crushed
3 red chilies finely chopped
cup Chilli Garlic Sauce
cup ketchup
1 green capsicum cut into cubes
1 cup mixed vegetables
cup water if need be
What needs to be done?
1) The chicken needs to be marinated first. In a bowl, add the flour, egg, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and mix it. Clumps will form break them apart with your spoon. Carefully add in the water. Once, its smooth add in the chicken.
2) Let the marinated chicken sit for 30 minutes to an hour and then fry it.
3) After all your chicken has fried begin to make the sauce. In a pot, add in the oil, garlic and red chillies. Let the garlic change its colour from a pale white to a slight yellow/golden. (I was out of red chillies so had to use the dried once which I did have.)
4) Next, add the chilli garlic sauce and ketchup. (I used Maggies Chilli Garlic sauce but Im sure Knorr has one too but you can use any as long as it is Chilli Garlic.)
5) Now add your capsicum and mixed vegetables. (Out of Green capsicum so used red instead.) Stir, stir, stir.
6) Finally, add in the chicken which you fried earlier.
7) Let it sit for a bit and watch, if you feel the sauce is too thick, carefully add a tbsp of water until you feel that youve reached the desired viscosity.
8) And youre done, enjoy! ^.^
This is unbelievably spicy, have a jug of water nearby seriously! But, it tastes g0od nonetheless.

1.Karhi mein Oil Daal ker Namak Daliye aur garam hone k baad chicken daal ker 5 min bhunein aur 10 min k liye dhakan laga ker halki aanch per Rakhein ta k chicken jo pani chorta hai us mein chicken gal jaye 10 mins baad dhakan hata ekr taiz aanch per pani khuch kerein aur hari mirchein daal ker 5 min bhunein ta k chicken mein mirchon ka zaiqa ruch jaye
2.Pyaz lehsan adrak paste daal ekr 5 min bhunein aur phir 15 mins k liye dhakan laga ker dheemi aanch per rakh dein .........yaad rahe aap en pani bilkul add nahi kerna inhi luazmat k pani mein chicken gale ga.
3.ab dhakan hataiye aur taiz aanch per pani khuch kerien then saray masala zaat daliye aur lemon juice aur sirka bhi dlaiye 5 min bhunein
4.ab is mein cream pehle half packit dalein ab agar cream oil mein terne lage to prshan nahi hona bal k aap ne mix kerte jana hai Insha Allah cream mix ho jaye gi aur dekhein agar cream kafi lage to theek oil jaise kinare chore then hara dhaniye dalein aur Roghni naan ya tandusri Roti k sath srv kerein
yaqeenein Tareefein Her Taraf se Wasul Hoyein gin
