Windies beat England by 8 wickets in rain-hit match
PROVIDENCE: West Indies cricket defeated England by eight wickets in a rain-interrupted match of World Twenty20 cup here on Monday.
After the rain interruption, the target was revised, being shortened to overall 60 runs off 36 balls when the play resumed while the West Indies had managed to score quick 30 off 14 balls for no loss before rain started coming down.
West Indies needed another 30 runs in 3.4 overs when the play resumed, which the hosts easily achieved in last over for the loss of 2 wickets.
