    chandni raat k hathon pay sawar utri hai
    koi khushboo meri delhiz k paar utri hai

    is main kuch rang bhi hain khuwab bhi mehkar bhi hai
    jhilmilati hui khawish bhi inkaar bhi hai

    isi khushboo main kayi dard bhi afsanay bhi
    isi khushboo nay banaye kayi dewanay bhi

    meray anchal pay umeedon ki qitaar utri hai
    koi khushboo meri delhiz k paar utri hai

    isi khushboo say kisi yaad k der khultay hain
    meray pairon say jo liptay to safar khultay hain

    yahi khushboo jo mujhey ghar say utha layi thi
    ab kisi tor palat ker nahi janay deti

    meri delhiz bulati hai mujhey loot aao
    yahi khushboo mujhey wapis nahi aanay deti

    ranj or dard main doobi bahar utri hai
    koi khushboo meri delhiz k paar utri hai
