Bollywood Gossip: Bollywood Superstars Shahrukh Khan is doing it, Salman Khan is doing it, Big B does it, Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Lara Dutta and Deepika Padukone are also doing it, and Karan Johar is trying to convince Bollywood Actor Anil Kapoor to do it!

We are of course talking about tweeting on Twitter! But while some of Bollywood’s biggest stars love to connect with their fans via the popular networking site, others have explained that they will not tweet to fans about anything because they are not interested! So where does Bipasha Basu fit into all this? Do you know it?? Yess, its true.

Bipasha is being accompanied with Kurbaan star Saif Ali Khan who refused to open a Twitter account because he feels like he needs to keep a distance between him and his fans. “Personally, I won’t be on Twitter because I don’t feel the need. I don’t want to share my personal thoughts, my life, my activities. I don’t know what I will say. And I personally feel that some distance should be maintained between the audiences and the actor. That’s my personal opinion,” Saif quoted it while speaking to the reporters in Mumbai last week

Bollywood Actor Ranbir Kapoor goes even further and says that he won’t join because Twitter is boring! “It’s a mystery to me. I don’t want to tell people ‘I am eating now,’ ‘Now I am walking to the bathroom.’ I don’t understand the need to share these boring details of my daily routine with the whole world. I don’t think I am interested in Twitter that much,” he told reporters.

The latest star to join the Twitter debate is Bengali bombshell Bipasha Basu who places herself somewhere in the middle by saying that she will join Twitter “SOON!!” “I think the phenomenon of social networking sites is great. I am not on Twitter as of now. But I am getting on Twitter very soon,” Bipasha told reporters at a launch event for Wynncomm Telecom Limited according to The Times of India.

“A lot of people use their phones these days for social networking. But I just call people through my phone. In our kind of business, it is most important to first stay connected with our manager and chartered accountant. And for me, a verbal conversation with them is a must,” the actress continued.
