There are loads of people out there like me who are “Twitter Addicts”. Whenever we come across anything bizarre, even while walking down the street, we want to “Tweet” it immediately. Now who wants to wait till they get back to their laptops and then tweet. So they introduced Twitter on Mobile. If you still feel lazy (like me), then here is a service at which you’ll jump off your seat and scroll down to read more. Introducing Call n Tweet, using which, you have to call, say your tweet and hang-up. Your Tweet will be automatically posted on your account, which your followers can easily listen.
Yes you read it right, the service Call n Tweet allows the user to dial a certain phone number from the mobile, record the tweet and hang-up. The tweet will automatically appear on your Twitter account which can be heard by your friends and followers. No GPRS charges (Obviously, you are making a phone call), call charges applied at Rs. 0.80/call or tweet. The service has been launched exclusively for Tata Indicom users. Since, Twitter allows only 140 characters per tweet, care must be taken while recording your tweets.
All Tata Indicom users need to sign-up at callntweet.com with all relevant details of your Twitter account. Once registered or signed-up, users can dial 50007 and record their tweet. Being on Twitter was never as easy as this, imagine no loggin-in, no typing. What more can we expect, video recordings next?
