NATURE

DUST OF SNOW
The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree
Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.

Snow and Ice
Outside my window
A white world unfolds
Where ice and snow
Are a plenty
And the sky is gray
And dreary.
Outside my window
Is a frozen landscape
With tree branches
Sporting white powdery snow
And oh, how I know
That we’ll have to live
A long time still
With all this snow.
bilaal ahmed
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed--and gazed--but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

The sounds of nature tells us many things.
The sounds of nature are our teachers.
The sounds of nature are so soothing
Yet they can be terrifying.
How can we say what nature is?
What do we really know about nature?
So many questions we have asked.
So many have gone unanswered.
So what does the sound of nature means?
We shall never know.

THE mountain brows,
the rocks,
the peaks,
are sleeping,
Uplands and gorges hush!
The thousand moorland things are stillness keeping;
The beasts under each bush
Crouch, and the hivèd bees
Rest in their honeyed ease;
In the purple sea fish lie as they were dead,
And each bird folds his wing over his head

I love to hear the wind whisper so soft and so
surrounding my spirit my soul and my mind
He blends with a mist
from the depths of the sea
and the two become one with nature and me
I am watching the stars
in their beauty and grace
a dazzling fire suspended in space
with the waves rolling
determined and strong
filling my heart with a heavenly song
ah, THE LILY OF THE VALLEY
is beckoning me
my REFUGE
and strength in the midst of the sea

NATURE
look at the nature
it look like a picture
green plant blue sky
and the shining sun high
the bird are singing
the flowers are blooming
the wind is blowing
and the leaves are falling
the colourful insects are buzzing around
oh! i can't count them at all
the beautiful nature
the colourful creatures...............

Worthless
Dawn
Dawn blushed; betrayed her waking sky
To gently break another morrow fine.
Night waned – the black receding – highland
Reaching for the early morning wine.
The chorus rendered frantic caws and
Chirps and other avian song,
Mapping out the 'mine and yours, ' and
Goading more to sing along!
Quiescent water – deep of lake –
Reflected out the hazy red, but
Through the glass, a flick, a break:
An urgent tail from hidden bed!
And in the meadow, waking faces
Calmly spread a colored veil;
The dew disclosing spider laces –
Oft with once a fly’s travail!
Dawn blushed; revealed her inner peace;
She handed on another blissful day.
Night ebbed, relenting to release of
Warming blood that gives to her display.
