Corn Kofta Curry
Ingredients:
150 gms sweet corn
2 tbsp. crushed peanuts
1 green capsicum
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 tsp corn flour
Salt to taste
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp kitchen king masala powder
Oil for cooking
1 cup coriander leaves
Method
For the kofta:
Crush the corn in a mixer.
Mix corn, chopped capsicum, cabbage, ground peanuts, salt and corn flour together.
Make balls and deep fry. For the gravy
Heat 2 tbsp oil, fry chopped onion.
When the onions are done, add the tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, salt, spices and cook.
Add 1 cup of water and simmer.
Switch off the gas, add cream and coriander leaves.
Place the kofta and pour gravy over it before serving.
