RSA versus India 2nd Test match 2010-11

Graeme Smith won the toss and decided to field first on the rain hit first day of the 2nd Test match. India expect to make a comeback while South Africa want to keep the momentum going after their dominant performance in the first match.

India have made two changes to the side leaving out the out of sorts Suresh Raina and the rookie JD Unadkat who did not have a memorable debut. Cheteshwar Pujara gets a second chance with the bat whereas Zaheer Khan has come back to strengthen the bowling attack.

In all fairness it was the Indian batting that put all the pressure on the bowlers so unless the batsmen stand up and deliver there isn't much of a chance. The second innings performance of India was very good with Sachin Tendulkar scoring his 50th Test ton and Dhoni getting a well played 90 but by then it was already too late.

I expect the Indian batsmen to get their act together well within time so that we can see something of a contest between the two sides.
