Imran, Avantika getting married on Jan 8

Bollywood actor Imran Khan and his long time girlfriend Avantika Malik is all set to tie the knot on January 8, 2011 in a farmhouse in Karjat, on the outskirts of Mumbai. The couple opted for registered marriage. Mehendi will be held on the same day between 5 pm and 8 pm and soon after that wedding will take place.

It will be a low key wedding with only selected guests. The couple was engaged last year on the same farmhouse. Imran and Avantika have been dating for the last eight years and finally they have set the date of their nuptial.

On various occasion, Avantika has been spotted with Imran. Imran chose the beginning of the New Year to tie the knot because in the coming days, his schedule would be too hectic.

He will get involved in the movies like Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and Short Term Shaadi, opposite Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor.
