    ji bilkul sahi likha.. sirf itna kahunga ke agar ham mai "khud ehtasabi " ki adat ajae.. aur ham dosro ko "mashware" dene k bajae apni amli zindagi mai wohi mashware apply karen.. to dosre b khudhi inspire honge aur apni islaah bhi hoti rahegi..
