    Merey khuwab kaisey jhulas gaye, merey dil ka kitna zyan hua
    kabhi pooch mujh se ye karb bhi, mein sharar se kaise dhuaan hua


    Mein jo eik shab ko thhehar gaya kisi ajnabi sey dayaar mein
    koi muntazir tha mera wahan, mujhey janey kyun ye gumaan hua


    Ye meri sarisht hai kya karoon, mera mausamon sa mizaj hai
    kabhi khil uththa kisi phool sa, kisi pal ba-rang.e.khizaan hua


    Mein wo chaand hoon sar.e.aasman ke jo baadalon ka aseer hai
    na zahoor mein kabhi aa saka, na hi zulmaton mein nihaan hua


    Teri aabyari lahoo se ki, hua sarf e jaan tere ishq mein
    magar aye jamaal.e.sukhanwari tera haq ada hi kahan hua?
